In the second quarter of 2017 to 2019. MaxiCABooking SG was entrusted with one of the biggest events – Ultra Singapore! We have been given the responsibility to handle the transport operations of the event from start to end. The event requires our specialized and operations team to be available 24/7 for the whole week pre and the event dates and also not forget to be on the ground and operational ready during the event dates.
Our Transport and Logistic Services responsibility includes but is not limited to
- Handling close to 400 arrivals and departures of all the staff, guests, and artists for the event.
- Be on standby and operational ready with our vehicles for all staff and artiste transportation – all vehicles are ready within 10 minutes of the time of the call.
- Our operations staff are also needed to handle close to 15 vehicles of different fleet types daily which is used to cater to the prominent artists and also VIPs of the events
- The event required us to use all the different fleets of vehicles that we offer – ranging from the exclusive 4-seater limo Mercedes to the 6-seater Vellfire and our 13-seater Toyota Hiace.
- Not forgetting – the post-party also included the usage of our party buses! We were out in full force for the event!
